SCHOOL. Yay. So today was a pretty decent day, band's good [as it gets] PE is incredibly easy, Espanol is retarded like it always is, and I left 4th period Algebra at 2:15 for our tennis match at Freedom. We got to Freedom around 2:45, I lost my match [2-6/3-6] But I played well, and I guess I have a good attitude because i'm usually ok with losing as long as I think I did my "best". I really wanted to win today though. Screw doing my best. I just want to WIN.
I have a buttload of Algebra homework, since everyone else got to start it in class. I don't really get it anyway. Happy news- tomorrow's a short day! We have another tennis match, home against Ygnacio Valley I believe.. I'll try my best. =]

This is the first time i've been at home in over a week and just been able to do nothing. I like it. We lost both our tennis matches this week, but hey, we'll... get em next time. I guess.  Today I had tennis practice after school, then right from there I had to Liberty for the football game. That went good, I messed up at the end, but no one has to know about that. YOU don't even know about it. =]. Other than that [other than what? Ya. Exactly.] it was cool. Afterwards Ms. Hurst yelled at the band, blah blah blah, Elena stole Chris's keys, I went home, etc. And now i'm here.

So tomorrow I have a council meeting from 9-11 I guess. Which sucks, btw. I don't plan on staying at the MSND workday afterwards. I say screw this play. No offense, not that I don't like it, but I apparently don't have time to be involved. I'll just help when I can. [which is basically never. darn] Besides that I have no idea what i'm doing this weekend. Which is AMAZING. I'm getting pretty sick of always having to be somewhere every second of the day. Weekend. Finally.

Guess who made #2 Varsity? ME! Yes, i'm sure you guessed it. Im playing singles. Well, i'm still challenging Amanda. I think she's kinda pissed that I'm number 2 and she's 3, and she was above me last year. And she's a junior. We didn't finish our 10 game set today, but so far i'm beating her 6-3. And it was freaken hot today.

Well I got home about an hour ago and had dinner, now i'm doing homework and i have to leave in about 15 minutes for karate. And i'm always this busy. Hopefully i'll finish my algebra so when I get home at 8 I can just lay on my bed and die. But other than that, school's going good. [The educational part] I'm keeping all A's so far. But not if I don't finish my homework, so ttyl =]

I'm pretty excited. I guess. It's going to be a really busy year though, since I decided to do marching band, i'm doing tennis, and when the play starts i'm going to do tech for it. [fallows is our director/ advisor next year! Omg!!!!!111 It's like, the best thing after Vargas! =)] It'll be a fun year. I got all the classes I wanted, and so far I have classes with Shannon, Alyssa and Ty. YAY.

Today Alyssa and I went to the mall and got new school clothes// shoes. It was fun.  On Monday i'll probably hang out at walkthrough again, since RS Council is supposed to "help out". Wink wink.  And Tuesday we have a  council meeting and training.  Ya.. Some people are coming to teach us some more stuff about our light & sound system. Should be pretty cool. Well I guess things have been pretty interesting lately. Sarah, Sarah, Jen and I went to Six Flags Marine World on Saturday. It was incredibly cool, but really hot. =/ We went on a lot of rides, but the only rollercoater I went on was Roar. I really needed to spend time with D'amico, since we were almost completely not friends anymore. Wow, that'd be bad.. Sure, we weren't getting along too well, but we've been friends for a long time. I can't end that, so i'm glad things are pretty much ok between us now.

I guess I can mention it, since i'm sure the entire world knows that Derek and I are going out. And yes, my first boyfriend, please don't go all "Momish" on me. I've had enough of that. There's some unsupporive friends, but most of them are supportive. My good friends are all very supportive [Alyssa, Sarah, Sarah, Jen, Derek D.] That's what I need. Not that i'm questioning anything. So that's my intresting week so far! 3 Days left.. wow. =/

The awards night was sad. =[ Everyone was crying. [although I wasn't, I wasn't in a really emotional mood] I got the award for the best Vargas impersonator. YES. I also got an honorable mention for R&J super trouper. Then we did the hand off of the officers, and I got to go up and get the Librarian binder from my neighbor. I can't wait for council next year. Well..

Only 8 DAYS left of school. How crazy is that? I mean really, this school year's almost completely over. I think that's pretty hard to conprehend. I still haven't completely got it through my head that Vargas won't be here next year and the plays and drama will be extremely different. [They named one of the drama awards the Carrie Vargas award =)] I wonder what next year will be like... I'm running for Band President [against Richard] i'm going to be Rising Stars Librarian, I'm planning on doing marching band at Liberty again, I'll probably be involved with all 4 shows, and there will be a whole new class at our school. So there will be tons of changes, I look forward to it though. Guess we'll see!

Today was the first day of pledge week for thespian initiation . It sure will be a.. 'fun filled' week. Well for anyone who doesn't know what pledge week is, part of it is that every day we have to dress up in something different.

Thursday- Super hero/ villain
Friday- formal]

Today was easy. Since there's not many thespians at our school [3 as of now] anyone on Rising Stars council can yell "Hippopatamos" and all the pledgees have to drop to the ground. Trust me, we went through this a lot today. Even during passing period, and everyone else stops and looks at you like "wtf?". We also have personal missions every day, and today mine was to act like Mrs. Vargas. It was probably the coolest personal mission ever. I got to stand in the front of class during first period, do roll call, give SHANNON detention [haha] and blow my whistle that I brought whenever I felt like it. =] I loved it.

So that's the basic jist of initiation. There's also an awards night and dinner on Friday, so it'll be fun. I don't know what to do for my superhero costume. =/ I guess we'll see!
And I flippen lost my ITS membership letter!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHH.

OMG i'm t school right now, In bio 2nd period. I've never updated from school before! We're not doing anything because there's no sophomores. So its just us 6 freshman. Haha, and across the room they're watching the evil strawberry movie. And we just finished Osmosis Jones. Well i'll ttyl!

I suck at updating. I've been too busy =[. Yesterday I was at play practice till almost 5:45, got home, ate, showered and changed, and then went back to school to be there by 6:30 for our band concert. The concert went alright, our combined song with the ECCB didn't go too well though. And their band makes us look bad, but other than that it was great! It was hard though, since I got home at 9 and still had to do mucho homework.

Tonight I was at school for practice till about the same time, and then I had to leave for karate at 6:45. I got back at 8ish, ate some FOOD, did geometry while watching AI, [Queen is awesome] and finally finished geo while talking on the phone with Tyler around 10. Luckily the only homework I had tonight was geo, usually I have bio too and sometimes drama..

Tomorrow is an adjusted day! I'll have some time to do homework before I go back to school for rehearsal. Then I'm going to see my brother's band concert in Pittsburg at LMC, because i'm a loser like that. And my mom said I should go. So i'll be home late again, but i'll have my homework done already. Hopefully. Another busy day! Thursday I have karate again at 7, and no idea what i'm doing Friday. Saturday's my karate test.. =[=[ I'm scared, and OMG i'm going to be so nervous on Saturday. Karate tests are the devil.

Ok. Finally a chance to update! I'm remembering now how hard it is to do a play//musical. Stupid me.. I have karate on Mondays and Tuesdays, and i've already had to skip classes. It's also been really hard for me to finish homework =/. Well, before 11 at night that is. Especially with stupid GEOMETRY. It's really killin me. It's mucho hard to do homework, sports, hang out with friends, EAT, and do a musical. Just wait till late night rehearsals start.. That means dinner at 3:30 again! And then no more food till after 10. Fun fun fun. Dance rehearsals are also pretty darn hard! We were working on the choreography for a dance today for 2 hours, we were all sweating in the end. lol.

Tonight I went to see Bristow's musical, The Pajama Game, with Sarah, Derek, MEGAN, Elena, and Derek's little sister Cassie. I got to see my daughter Megan! Yay!! I miss her so much. =[ The show was really cute, even though a few of the lead people couldn't even sing.. It was kinda.. "cringy" at times, lol. But I liked it. Well, workday tomorrow! For Seussical i'm on light && paint crew, and I have a lot of parts in the ensemble too.. [Who, fish, hunch, and circus animal!!] I'm just worried about costume changes! AH. Well, I should get going. It's spring break! No more school for two weeks. It's kind of depressing in a way, for me.. I don't like not knowing what I’m going to do every day, and just sitting at home for hours doing nothing. Maybe I can try being productive... Finals today were better than yesterday. Geometry wasn't too hard, but challenging I guess. Band was fine, me and Sarah screwed up, but not extremely bad.

I got ensemble for seussical. Sarah didn't get Jojo either, which is what she was called back for. Oh well, I have a feeling it's going to be fun. Even with out Vargas ='(

GRR. Well today wasn't too great. At all. In fact is was one of the most sucky days i've had in a while.. I can't really explain why, it just was. But it had some ups too I guess, after school Alyssa came over! But finals went horribly, I didn't get callbacks for parts I really wanted (well, any parts, actually), and Sarah wasn't being too nice most the time. Things just went bad, and I guess I wasn't in the mood for it, so it just went really... bad.

Anyway, I changed my background, icons, and other useless stuff to waste my time. More finals tomorrow, but hopefully tomorrow will be better than today.

First period [drama]
Drama is a depressing class now. It lost it's fun, who knows why. We practiced our scene for finals tomorrow, and everyone had to perform it for Vargas so she could give us feedback. We did.. ok. Let's just say we got a lot of feedback on it. I think we'll do fine though. Also also don't think Mrs. Vargas is going to flunk anyone. lol.

Second period [biology]
We played this game (I have, who has. It's a.. "famous" game in that class) to study for finals. We worked on boring stuff, like we always do, and I worked with Sarah and Brooke. and then played this biology jeopardy game on the computer. I won, thank you very much.

Third period [geometry]
At the start of the class all we did was work on our "cheat sheets" for the final, but most people were just talking to friends and doing nothing. Teresa, Tyler and I kinda copied of eachothers papers, but that's ok, since it's a cheat sheet. (Ha. Ha.) Then we played jeopardy (more jeopardy!) to study, and the class got into 8 teams. Tyler just completely ditched me and went in the other group, so I got stuck in some group with people I don't even know. Then later on he complained on how he had to be in that group, and how I left him. Pch.

Fourth Period [band]
Bristow's band came and we all got to play together! It was fun, we partially reunited our flute section from last year. It was me and Sarah and Elysia, and we had lots of fun. I also got to see Ross and Spencer, weird little Spencer... I said hi to everyone I knew from last year, and they just say hi like "Umm.. ya, hi". What friendly children. But it was fun, even though they ate ALL our food that we brought in. Our practice journals that are worth a LOT of our grade were due today, and I brought mine in, but I didn't give it to him.. I told Richard, who was collecting them, to get it out of my locker.. but I don't know if he ever did. =/ I hope he did, or i'm screwed.

Now i'm just sitting around, doing nothing. No homework since we just have finals tomorrow, so not much to do! I'll tty lj people later.

First of all, i'm very dissapointed in you guys.. I was gone for 48 hours, but no comments on my last entry. Tear.

Last night I went to go see the musical "Cabaret" with Derek, Cat and Nalalie. (I think it's weird that I didn't mention this in any earlier entry. Pch, not like you'd know) It was not a kid's show, in fact we were the only 4 kids in the whole theatre. It wasn't a huge theater.. but that's not the point. It was really good though, the whole first act was happy and cheerful, but then in the end everyone died. Sorry if I spoiled it for you. We went to Fudruckers before, and we had some really good food. By the time I got home it was about 11. (On a school night!? HUH!) It was really fun.

Yesterday wasn't too good in biology. There were only 6 of us, the only freshman in the class. We were messing around a lot of the class period, but everyone was ganging up on me. They hid my stuff, threw my backpack in the trash can, and were just being jerks. I was mad at Sarah because of it, she wasn't the one who did any of the stuff, but she just sat there while they did. And when I sat on the other side of the classroom because they we all making fun of me, she stayed with them and didn't care. And she still wonders why I should be mad at her. Well I better go do homework, so ttys

I've been really busy lately, with all my homework, flute practice, drama, karate, and friends.. I don't know how i'm going to do all this in a month along with the musical. I barely have time for it all now. I even write "to do lists" when I get home from school to make sure I do everything I need to before I go to bed. My list yesterday was:

- Geometry homework
- Biology homework
- Character bio posters
- Practice flute
- Karate
- Get Brittany's dance bid
- Write in Elena & Alyssa journal
- get permission slip filled out

Homework took over two hours, another 30+ minutes for flute, over an hour for my posters, karate from 7- 7:45 (with ten minutes driving each way too..) and about 40 minutes for everything else combined. And that's not counting dinner and other various things I did in between. I have way too much homework lately- 1 hour and 30 minutes tonight of just geometry. It sucks big time.

Then there's the drama at school.. Jen's boyfriend "breaking up with her", or so they say. Atleast Sarah and Sarah aren't mad at me and Alyssa anymore, I don't think.. Well, that's everything that's going on. Just thought you should be informed! Tty lj people later,

This semester is going good so far, it actually is. Well, besides the fact that both Sarahs are being jerks to Alyssa and I. But don't even get me started. I was dissappointed about our one acts in drama at first, but I guess it's just another oppertunity to do tech. I took some lights down today for Vargas, got to miss like an hour of class! Then I had to stuff all of them into her car to bring over to Liberty- it was challenging. We also picked our music for our small ensemble concert in band, and Mr. Ernest is making Sarah and I play this really hard duet. We're "auditioning" for the concert though, the band is picking who plays. So if we suck and don't get in, i'll just do lights! Works for me. I'll feel guilty though, since i'm president... oh well!

But this is just the boring part of the semester. Once Seussical starts, it's going to be awesome! Ah, I can't wait... Then there's boy's tennis which really doesn't have much to do with me, lol. But i'm going to help (along with the Sarahs) Nick, Tyler and Jared with tennis, since they're going for the team but haven't really played before. So that'll be cool, hopefully we can all play this Sunday or Saturday.. Then there's all our band events, one acts, and hopefully girl's tennis conditioning. Well anyway, today was okay. We had a sub in math though... what a loser. First of all, he came over to me and told me that he already written my name down for being "distracting" when I was just doing my work with Sarah, Tyler and Spencer like he said we could. I was like wtf, you're dumb. (didn't actually say that, obviously) Then someone threw a paper or something across the class, and he comes to my desk and askes "Are you throwing things??" I was sitting there with my work in front of me, doing it! What an stupid substitute, why should good, innocent students like me get in trouble because our sub is a blind old man... I mean seriously.

But everything else went pretty good. We have a new girl in band who plays the sax, she seems nice. She sat next to me during the class instead of the sax players since they're a little.... weird. And I don't blame her. So I guess my day was good, at least I didn't get injured by a highlighter like some other unfortunate people.

This week went fast, but it was a good week. I took a vocab test on geometry, got an A, took a chapter test yesterday and got another A. I love my mp3 player, I listen to is constantly. I Have tons of good songs on it now, it's awesome. Sarah, who has had pneumonia tha last week came to school today! Everyone was happy aout that.. Well I think that's all I have to say. Tonight's our tennis party (finally) and that'll be awesome, I get my sweatshirt! =) I have to leave to go to that soon, should be fun. Well that's it, 3 day weekend!!
